Habitat 67, designed by architect Moshe Safdie, is recognized worldwide as an architectural icon, while the Tropiques Nord boasts a tropical greenhouse and the Profil-O offers floor-to-ceiling windows with panoramic views. Residents are drawn to the Cité du Havre mainly due to its proximity to Downtown Montreal and to the Casino (a shuttle service is provided to the residents of the three buildings every 10-15 minutes in order to access Downtown Montreal). 

Located at the tip of the peninsula, the Cité du Havre park is the ideal setting for various outdoor activities, in addition to being the perfect vantage point to witness L’International des Feux Loto-Québec. Several biking paths lead to Canal Lachine, Old Montreal, or Île-St-Hélène. Additionally, Habitat 67 offers, for its residents’ exclusive usage, outdoor tennis courts while the Profil-O and Tropiques Nord offer swimming pools for their residents.
